Parent Forms

To comply with State Licensing Regulations, we require that all forms be completed and returned to us before the first day of school. If you move, change your telephone number, start a new job, or need to add or remove someone from your authorized pick-up list, please notify the office.

We use this information to contact you in case of an emergency, and it is crucial that we have accurate information at all times.

SCHOOL CLOSINGS

If the holiday should fall on a Saturday, we will observe it on the Friday. Should the holiday fall on a Sunday, we will observe it on that Monday. ***Full tuition payment is still required even when Imagination Station is closed. ***

Inclement Weather

In case of inclement weather, notifications of school closings or delays for Imagination Station ELC will be sent in a message via our PROCARE app. Information will also be posted on our Facebook. Full tuition is still required should the center be closed due to weather.
