In order to meet the State Licensing Regulations, we must require that all forms be completed and returned to us prior to the first day of school. If you move, change telephone numbers, begin a new job, add someone who is allowed to pick up your child, or in any way change the data you have provided on these forms, please notify the office.We use this information to reach you in case of an emergency, and it is extremely important that we have accurate information at all times.
If the holiday should fall on a Saturday, we will observe it on the Friday. Should the holiday fall on a Sunday, we will observe it on that Monday. ***Full tuition payment is still required even when Imagination Station is closed. ***
In case of inclement weather, notifications of school closings or delays for Imagination Station ELC will be broadcasted on your local news channels. We will also post school closings on our Facebook. Full tuition is still required should the center be closed due to weather.
